Rates:

Standard IEP Review (up to 25 pages): $275–$350

Comprehensive Review (IEP + evaluations up to 60 pages): $375–$500

Optional Virtual Meeting Support: $100–$150/hour

Parent Advocacy Coaching Package

Get support, strategy, and confidence for every step of the special education process. Our Parent Advocacy Coaching Package helps you understand your rights, organize your concerns, and prepare for meetings so you can communicate clearly and advocate effectively for your child.

This package includes goal-setting based on your child’s needs, step-by-step guidance on what to ask for and how to ask, help reviewing school communication, meeting preparation support (talking points and questions), and coaching on next steps after the meeting so you don’t feel stuck or alone.

Rates:

Starter Coaching (2 sessions): $250–$325

Standard Coaching (4 sessions): $450–$600

Ongoing Support (monthly retainer): $300–$500/month

Optional Virtual Meeting Support: $100–$150/hour
